Application Information

Application forms for a Working with Children Check are available at Australia Post outlets and certain large employers.  Applications must be made in person at certain Australia Post outlets, so that proof of identity can be checked and a photograph taken.

You can view a sample copy of the application form and accompanying notes to see what information (such as proof of identity) you will need to bring with you when you are applying for a Working with Children Check. Please note - this form is a sample only and will not be accepted for processing by Australia Post.
