The Working with Children Screening Unit is committed to continuous improvement in service delivery and welcomes both positive and negative customer feedback. 

The Complaints Resolution Process outlines how we will respond to complaints and is an important part of the Unit's commitment to service improvement.

If you are not happy with any aspect of the Working with Children Check, we will hopefully be able to provide information or address the issue through informal contact but there may be times when the issue should be addressed through a formal complaint procedure.
